Add a TV guide

The guide is the grid of what is on. Some sources bring their own; when yours does not, you can attach one, or let the app supply a maintained one for your country.

1. Open the program guide settings

In the left navigation open the program guide settings. It sets one guide policy for every source and every profile in the household.

2. Choose how guides are chosen

Under How guides are chosen:

• Multiple sources guide lets you attach your own XMLTV files, up to fifteen, covering everything you watch. Add each under Guide sources. Your devices download these files directly.
• Per country enables the countries you watch and picks a maintained source for each, so you do not have to find an XMLTV link yourself.

Turn on Household guide to have this policy replace the per-source guide settings.

3. Save

Choose Save changes. Your devices refresh their guides on the next sync.

Attach a guide to one source instead

To link a guide to a single source rather than the household, open that source and use its guide settings: set the portal guide URL, or turn on the XMLTV guide option. If a source is consistently early or late, set the guide time shift in whole hours to correct it.
