Watch live TV

Live TV is where channels play. The channel list is on one side and the player fills the rest.

1. Play a channel

Pick a channel from the list. Use Next channel and Previous channel to move through it, and Full screen (or double-click the video, or press F11) to fill the window.

2. Reach the on-screen controls

Move the mouse over the video for the transport bar: Play, Pause, Stop and reload stream, Mute, Audio track, Subtitles, Record to Library and Capture screenshot. For picture, audio and subtitle settings, open the Video settings; those are covered in change playback and picture settings.

3. Narrow the list to what you watch

Choose Filters to open Hide channel groups, and turn off the groups or languages you do not want in the list. The filter count shows how many are active, and Show all clears them.

Seeing what is on

The in-player mini-guide shows today’s programs for the current channel, with Today, Tomorrow and +2 tabs, so you can check what is next without leaving the player.
