What My TV Player is
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
My TV Player is a media player. It plays what you give it.
It contains no channels, no streams and no content of any kind, and it cannot supply any. There is no catalog inside the app waiting to be unlocked, no list of sources to choose from, and no setting that turns content on. If you have not added a source, the app has nothing to play.
This is the whole design, not a limitation of the free tier or a feature that arrives later.
What that means in practice
Section titled “What that means in practice”The app is the part that draws the screen, decodes the video, remembers where you stopped watching and keeps your profiles and favorites in order. It is a good player and that is what you are paying for when you subscribe.
What appears in it comes entirely from the source you add. The channel list, the program guide, the films, the series and whether any of them play at all are decided by that source, not by us.
Why we cannot answer questions about content
Section titled “Why we cannot answer questions about content”We do not know what is in your source, and we deliberately do not find out. Our servers never fetch, read or store your channel list. See how the app handles your data for what that means precisely.
That is why support cannot tell you why a particular channel vanished, whether a stream is working, or what a source offers. We are not being unhelpful: we genuinely do not have that information, and the only party who does is the source itself.
If something is not working
Section titled “If something is not working”Start with is it the app or your source?. It maps what you are seeing to who can actually fix it, which is usually the fastest way to a resolution.
My TV Player es solo un reproductor multimedia: no proporcionamos, vendemos ni incluimos ningún canal, transmisión o contenido.
