Manage your account on the web

The web console at mytvplayer.app is where the account lives: sources, devices, profiles, reminders and the plan. Everything you change there reaches your signed-in devices on their next sync, which makes it the comfortable way to set up a TV or a console.
It plays nothing, and that is deliberate rather than missing. Why the console cannot see what a source returns explains what it can and cannot know about your sources.
1. Sign in
Section titled “1. Sign in”Open mytvplayer.app in any browser and sign in with the same account the apps use. A browser you sign in on counts as a session, not as one of your device slots.
2. Add or refresh a source
Section titled “2. Add or refresh a source”Open Import & sync. Four tabs cover the ways in: upload an M3U file, paste a playlist address, connect an Xtream Codes portal, or connect a Stalker portal. The import reports how many channels it read and how many rows it skipped.
Sources lists what the account already has. Open one to rename it, change its credentials, set how often it refreshes, or remove it.
3. Keep the device list tidy
Section titled “3. Keep the device list tidy”Open Devices. Each signed-in app appears with its platform and its last activity. Rename one so you can recognize it later, or revoke one you do not recognize. Revoking signs that app out and frees what it was holding.
4. Change the plan and move its seats
Section titled “4. Change the plan and move its seats”Plan compares plans and shows the device seats the current one includes, with a control to bind each seat to a registered device or move it to another. Billing, under Account, has invoices, the payment method, and how to cancel. Payments are handled by our payment partner rather than by us.
Self-service seat moves are limited over a rolling window, and a seat that has just changed device is held for a short cooldown, so the page tells you when a seat can move again.
The rest of the console
Section titled “The rest of the console”- Profiles holds each person’s preferences, parental limits and sign-in security.
- Favorites and the program guide settings apply to the whole household.
- Reminders lists what is scheduled to notify you.
- Account covers your name, email address, display language and data export.
What it will not do
Section titled “What it will not do”The console cannot play a channel, test a stream, or tell you whether a source is working. Those need the app on a device, because your device talks to your source directly and our servers never do. Is it the app or the source? is the page to read when something plays badly.
